Key Responsibilities

As an Assembly and Warehouse Worker, you’ll contribute to the construction and assembly of structural components used in a variety of building and manufacturing projects. Your main duties include:

Building and assembling wood or metal framing components using tools such as nail guns, saws, and drills.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, layout drawings, and written instructions.
Measuring, cutting, and securing materials accurately according to design specifications.
Using fasteners, adhesives, or welding equipment (as applicable) to complete assemblies.
Inspecting finished frames to ensure proper alignment, accuracy, and quality standards.
Assisting with material handling, loading/unloading, and staging components for production.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while following all company safety policies and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a productive team environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in framing, carpentry, assembly, or manufacturing (preferred, but not required).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or technical diagrams.
Familiarity with hand and power tools, with a focus on safe operation.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Training and support will be provided to help you develop your technical and safety skills on the job.

Hourly Rate:

Level I: $18.00 per hr
Level II: $20.00 per hr
Level III: $22.00 per hr
(Level based on experience and skill set)
