Key Responsibilities

In this dual-role position, you will be essential to our on-site operations. Your duties will include:

Supervising and actively participating in cleaning operations at various residential and commercial locations islandwide.
Operating specialized cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, extraction machines, and steam cleaners (full training provided).
Ensuring all work meets our high standards of cleanliness and adheres strictly to safety procedures.
Maintaining and performing basic checks on cleaning equipment and managing supplies.
Coordinating daily with the operations team regarding job assignments and schedules.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a candidate who is both practical and responsible. You must have:

A valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
Previous experience in cleaning, facility maintenance, or a similar hands-on role is preferred.
A strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and reliable time management.
Physical fitness to handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
A safety-conscious, responsible attitude and acceptable communication skills.
Willingness to learn to operate cleaning machinery (training provided).
