Key Responsibilities

Assemble valves and sub-components according to approved manufacturing procedures and high-quality standards.
• Interpret technical specifications, manufacturing instructions, and utilize standard measuring instruments.
• Operate hand tools and material handling equipment, including forklifts, cranes, hoists, and pallet handlers.
• Conduct final valve inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and resolve leakage problems.
• Participate in team-based initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, including 5S standards and proper use of PPE.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support maintenance services and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• ITE technical qualification in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing, assembly, or industrial production.
• Experience in valve assembly and mechanical testing is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills to support valve calibration and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
• Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to flexible working patterns.
