Key Responsibilities

Provide and maintain high standards of service to patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Prepare the clinic for daily operations before opening and ensure proper handover at the end of each session.
• Assist doctors during in-clinic and teleconsultations, including acting as a chaperone and providing translation support when necessary.
• Follow up on administrative tasks after clinic sessions, such as handling inquiries, educating patients on online appointment and payment platforms (e.g., HealthHub), and scheduling appointments promptly.
• Perform counter duties, including accurate registration, billing, and payment processing.
• Respond to patient inquiries via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails with professionalism.
• Provide financial counseling and guidance on available financial schemes for patients.
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Computer literate and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work a 5-day week (Monday to Friday) with staggered hours: 8:00am–5:30pm, 8:30am–6:00pm, or 9:00am–6:30pm.

Salary Range
