Key Responsibilities
In this key customer-facing role, you will be central to ensuring our products perform flawlessly. Your day will involve:
- Performing on-site repairs, maintenance, and servicing of spa pools, swim spas, saunas, and chill units for customers across the wider Canterbury region.
- Providing clear, friendly, and expert technical guidance to customers over the phone and in person to resolve their questions and issues.
- Collaborating with our nationwide network of service agents and supporting our internal customer care team with technical advice and bespoke solutions.
- Maintaining meticulous records of all service requests, updates, and parts used.
- Managing the spare parts inventory and assessment area, and being available to contribute to technical support videos.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a great blend of technical skill and customer passion. The ideal candidate will be:
- Naturally mechanically inclined with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems is a significant advantage.
- Experienced in a hands-on service or trade environment, with a commitment to delivering excellent results.
- A confident, articulate, and thoughtful communicator who enjoys helping people.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to take initiative, with a full New Zealand driver’s licence.
- A New Zealand resident or citizen with the right to work here. Availability for occasional travel within the region is required.
