This full-time role is perfect for a qualified mechanic or experienced fitter who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and takes pride in preparing vehicles to a showroom standard. Key Responsibilities

Working closely with our Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you will be essential in getting our new Hino trucks ready for their proud new owners. Your typical day will involve:

Carrying out thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on all new vehicles according to strict manufacturer guidelines.
Professionally fitting a wide range of accessories, including bullbars, reverse cameras, seat covers, sun visors, and floor mats.
Performing final quality checks on completed vehicles to ensure they are damage-free and match the customer’s exact order before delivery.
Conducting software updates, fitting number plates, and fuelling vehicles as part of the final preparation process.
Committing to a Monday to Friday schedule with the flexibility to work overtime when required to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable professional with the right foundation and attitude. You will need:

A proven background as a Pre-Delivery Technician, Mechanic, or Fitter within a mechanical environment. Qualified Mechanics are highly regarded and will be remunerated accordingly.
A strong work ethic, a results-driven approach, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a friendly, collaborative team.
Your own set of hand tools available from your start date.
A current driver’s licence; an HR licence is desirable, and we will support the right candidate to upgrade their licence after probation.
Most importantly, a positive, adaptable “can-do” attitude and a keen eye for detail.
