Key Responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate deliveries, ensuring our products arrive fresh and hot, creating a fantastic customer experience at the door.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service during pick-ups and deliveries, making every interaction positive and memorable.
• Maintain the highest standards of road safety at all times, prioritizing careful and efficient navigation on every trip.
• Contribute to daily store operations, including general cleaning and tidying tasks, to ensure a clean and organized workspace for the entire team.

Qualifications

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and follow procedures.
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• A valid driver’s license. For car or motorbike delivery, a full license is required. For E-Bike delivery, you must be over 16 years of age and hold at least a Learner’s Permit.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for delivery (Note: Please inquire with your local store as E-Bikes or company vehicle options may be available).
• Access to a smartphone for managing delivery routes and communications.
