Key Responsibilities
- Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.
- Replenish room amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in good working condition.
- Work efficiently as part of the housekeeping team to meet daily targets.
- Deliver warm, professional customer service to ensure every guest feels at home.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Reliable, motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
- Basic understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.

Salary Range
NZD $24.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
