Key Responsibilities

Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.
Replenish room amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
Report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly.
Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in good working condition.
Work efficiently as part of the housekeeping team to meet daily targets.
Deliver warm, professional customer service to ensure every guest feels at home.

Qualifications

Required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Reliable, motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Preferred

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
Basic understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.

Salary Range

NZD $24.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
