Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs on containers and structures for Linfox gear.
• Handle welding and building tasks when they come up.
• Spot and report any damage or safety problems right away.
• Stick to Linfox safety rules, including Chain of Responsibility parts.
• Finish all jobs on time without cutting corners.
• Keep equipment looking sharp and up to standard.
• Work with the team to hit daily goals.
• Use tools and machines safely every shift.
• Check your own work for quality before moving on.
• Help keep the workshop clean and organized.
• Learn new ways to fix things from training.

Requirements

Education

Recognized trade qualification as a Welder is required.

Experience

At least 2-5 years in welding, with hands-on work in repairs or fabrication.

Skills

• Good at planning tasks and beating deadlines.
• Works well with a team but can go solo too.
