Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will be integral to our production process. Your key duties will include:

• Safely operating production line equipment and following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Inspecting materials and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Accurately packing, labelling, and palletising goods for storage and distribution.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area at all times.
• Reporting any equipment faults, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly to your supervisor.
• Working effectively and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for team members with a strong foundation in work ethic and attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• A reliable nature and a strong, consistent work ethic.
• The ability to follow instructions and safety procedures carefully.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to safely lift items up to 15kg.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset.

Previous experience in a factory or production environment is an advantage, but it is not a requirement, as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
