This is a hands-on, active role where you will be central to the production process, primarily involved in the repetitive tipping of 25kg ingredient bags. Key Responsibilities

In this physically demanding role, you will be a key part of the daily production workflow. Your primary duties will include:

Safely and repeatedly lifting and tipping 25kg bags of ingredients into processing machinery.
Assisting with general warehouse and production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Operating machinery and equipment as required, with full training provided.
Strictly adhering to all hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety protocols.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Collaborating effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

Excellent physical fitness and the strength to perform repetitive heavy lifting (25kg bags) throughout a 12-hour shift.
The ability and willingness to work a rotating 4-on-4-off roster, covering both day (6:00 am – 6:00 pm) and night (6:00 pm – 6:00 am) shifts.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures meticulously.
The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a Ministry of Justice criminal convictions check.
At least two professional references.

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and a team-focused attitude are also important.
