Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our production team, your day will be dynamic and hands-on. Your core duties will include:

• Operating light equipment like forklifts, skid steers, and front-end loaders to move materials and manage inventory.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized mill environment, both indoors and in the surrounding grounds.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks and assisting our maintenance team with repair projects.
• Carefully handling and managing our inventory of macro and micro ingredients to ensure quality meets our high standards.
• Following all company safety protocols and OSHA standards to protect yourself and your teammates.
• Working collaboratively with the crew to maximize the overall efficiency of our mill operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable individuals who aren’t afraid of hard work. The ideal candidate will have:

• The physical capability to walk, stand, and repetitively lift 50 lbs throughout a 10-hour shift.
• A strong commitment to safety and a keen attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively in a team setting and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Resilience to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to dust, heat, and cold.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends during the busier winter months.

While not required, experience operating heavy equipment or familiarity with FSMA standards for feed production is a significant plus.
