 Key Responsibilities

As a hands-on Team Leader, you will be responsible for both management and direct cleaning duties. Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a small team of 6 cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the client’s strict SOP.
• Personally performing and assisting with comprehensive cleaning of all 8 office levels, including pantries, meeting rooms, nursing rooms, and common areas.
• Conducting detailed cleaning of specific items such as phone booths, glass panels, window ledges, and high-touch surfaces like door handles and countertops.
• Performing floor care, including vacuuming and mopping all work areas, and sweeping designated server rooms (requiring sign-in/out).
• Conducting regular rounds to inspect all levels, ensuring consistent cleanliness and addressing any issues promptly.
• Ensuring meeting rooms are cleaned, disinfected, and reset after each use and that all consumables in pantries are replenished.
