Key Responsibilities

As a key support member in our kitchen, you will ensure the smooth delivery of our food services. Your primary duties will include:

• Preparing cold platters, sandwiches, and catering carts according to chef instructions and brand standards.
• Assisting with delivery and serving of caterings to designated locations as needed.
• Supporting the daily cleaning of dishes, pots, pans, and all kitchen work areas to meet high sanitation standards.
• Restocking supplies and helping with prep work to ensure the next shift is set up for success.
• Strictly following all food safety (HACCP), health (MAPAQ), and occupational safety (OHS) regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear, positive communication with team members.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented individual with:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; college training in a related field is an asset.
• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• A genuine passion for food service and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Important Note: You must have reliable personal transportation (car or other mode) to access the worksite, as no public transit is available.
