Key Responsibilities

As a key support member in our kitchen, you will ensure the smooth delivery of our food services. Your primary duties will include:

Preparing cold platters, sandwiches, and catering carts according to chef instructions and brand standards.
Assisting with delivery and serving of caterings to designated locations as needed.
Supporting the daily cleaning of dishes, pots, pans, and all kitchen work areas to meet high sanitation standards.
Restocking supplies and helping with prep work to ensure the next shift is set up for success.
Strictly following all food safety (HACCP), health (MAPAQ), and occupational safety (OHS) regulations.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear, positive communication with team members.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented individual with:

A high school diploma or equivalent; college training in a related field is an asset.
At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
A genuine passion for food service and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Important Note: You must have reliable personal transportation (car or other mode) to access the worksite, as no public transit is available.
