Key Responsibilities
As a key support member in our kitchen, you will ensure the smooth delivery of our food services. Your primary duties will include:

- Preparing cold platters, sandwiches, and catering carts according to chef instructions and brand standards.
- Assisting with delivery and serving of caterings to designated locations as needed.
- Supporting the daily cleaning of dishes, pots, pans, and all kitchen work areas to meet high sanitation standards.
- Restocking supplies and helping with prep work to ensure the next shift is set up for success.
- Strictly following all food safety (HACCP), health (MAPAQ), and occupational safety (OHS) regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear, positive communication with team members.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented individual with:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college training in a related field is an asset.
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- A genuine passion for food service and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Important Note:Â You must have reliable personal transportation (car or other mode) to access the worksite, as no public transit is available.
