Key Responsibilities

• Operate graders with GPS technology accurately and safely across all assigned tasks
• Carry out gravel grit work as directed, ensuring smooth and efficient completion
• Follow site safety procedures and work instructions at all times
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members on progress and site needs
• Conduct basic equipment checks to ensure safe operation during each shift
• Assist with additional tasks within the civil team when required

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• At least five years of grader operating experience, including GPS competency
• A current Statement of Attainment and Verification of Competency
• A valid OHS Construction Card
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• The ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing
• Availability Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday work

Preferred Qualifications

• Order 43 Pre-Placement Medical and recent Drug & Alcohol testing (within 12 months)
• Completed Glencore or Bulga Open Cut inductions
  Candidates who do not hold the preferred requirements must be willing to complete them before the site start date of 1 December 2025.
