Key Responsibilities
You will be the face of Bradnam’s on-site, ensuring our products are installed to the highest standard. Your core duties will include:
- Installing and servicing Bradnam’s full range of windows, doors, and aluminium products, with a focus on commercial installations.
- Conducting on-site measures, glass cutting, glazing, and quality inspections of products.
- Prioritising safety by completing site risk assessments (JSA) and adhering to all safe work practices, especially for glass handling.
- Operating and maintaining a variety of hand and power tools and equipment.
- Completing all necessary job documentation, including install confirmations.
- Providing clear, professional communication to customers and the branch team.
- Assisting with maintaining tools and consumable stock levels.
Qualifications You Bring
To be successful in this hands-on trade role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Qualified Glazier with commercial installation experience.
- Strong knowledge and skills in the aluminium joinery industry, particularly with sliding and bi-fold doors.
- A valid Construction Safety White Card.
- A current Car Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Confidence and competency in safely using a wide range of hand and power tools.
- A reliable, team-focused attitude with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
What We Offer You

- A starting hourly rate between $35 – $40 (dependent on experience) + Superannuation.
- A minimum of 2 hours overtime per week.
