Key Responsibilities

You will be the face of Bradnam’s on-site, ensuring our products are installed to the highest standard. Your core duties will include:

Installing and servicing Bradnam’s full range of windows, doors, and aluminium products, with a focus on commercial installations.
Conducting on-site measures, glass cutting, glazing, and quality inspections of products.
Prioritising safety by completing site risk assessments (JSA) and adhering to all safe work practices, especially for glass handling.
Operating and maintaining a variety of hand and power tools and equipment.
Completing all necessary job documentation, including install confirmations.
Providing clear, professional communication to customers and the branch team.
Assisting with maintaining tools and consumable stock levels.

Qualifications You Bring

To be successful in this hands-on trade role, you will need:

Proven experience as a Qualified Glazier with commercial installation experience.
Strong knowledge and skills in the aluminium joinery industry, particularly with sliding and bi-fold doors.
A valid Construction Safety White Card.
A current Car Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
Confidence and competency in safely using a wide range of hand and power tools.
A reliable, team-focused attitude with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

A starting hourly rate between $35 – $40 (dependent on experience) + Superannuation.
A minimum of 2 hours overtime per week.
17.5% leave loading on top of your annual leave pay.
