G Licence Truck Driver National Diabetes Trust Canada

There’s a part-time driving role open in Peterborough with National Diabetes Trust. The job involves picking up donated clothing and household goods from homes and drop-off points around the area. You’ll need a valid G Class licence and at least a couple of years behind the wheel — five years if you’ve never done any formal driver training, or two if you have. You’ll be working up to 29 hours per week, following set routes, doing your own pre-trip checks, and unloading at specific locations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on their own, keeps organized, and doesn’t mind a bit of heavy lifting now and then. Being good with directions and staying calm on the road will help a lot.
