Key Responsibilities
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages according to established service standards.
- Prepare dining areas and set tables based on event type and service requirements.
- Assist guests by answering menu questions and recommending selections when requested.
- Coordinate with the kitchen regarding order timing, special preparations, and product availability.
- Communicate allergies, dietary restrictions, and special meal requests accurately.
- Enter orders into the MICROS system and ensure transactions are recorded promptly.
- Check in with guests during their meal to confirm satisfaction with each course.
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, tableware, and surrounding areas throughout the shift.
- Present accurate checks, process payments, and ensure proper closing procedures.
- Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting any concerns to management.
- Uphold a polished, professional appearance and handle company information responsibly.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Assist guests with disabilities and demonstrate consistent courtesy and respect.
- Perform additional tasks or duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- At least one year of work experience in a related food service or hospitality role.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs independently and heavier items with assistance.
- Able to work on varying surface levels and navigate stairs or service ramps safely.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- No supervisory experience and no certification requirements for this role.

Salary
- $15–$18 per hour, or PHP 25,000–35,000 monthly
