Key Responsibilities

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages according to established service standards.

  • Prepare dining areas and set tables based on event type and service requirements.
  • Assist guests by answering menu questions and recommending selections when requested.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen regarding order timing, special preparations, and product availability.
  • Communicate allergies, dietary restrictions, and special meal requests accurately.
  • Enter orders into the MICROS system and ensure transactions are recorded promptly.
  • Check in with guests during their meal to confirm satisfaction with each course.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations, tableware, and surrounding areas throughout the shift.
  • Present accurate checks, process payments, and ensure proper closing procedures.
  • Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting any concerns to management.
  • Uphold a polished, professional appearance and handle company information responsibly.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs independently and heavier items with assistance.

Salary
