Factory Workers Required In Canada

AFIMAC Canada is seeking motivated General Labourers – Factory Workers for an upcoming assignment in Central Ontario. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour, along with overtime, meal allowances, paid travel, and hotel accommodations when required. Employees will work 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week when assigned to a project, performing hands-on tasks that support production, assembly, and quality control in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Rack and organize various parts for production.
• Operate sub-assembly machinery and assist with production tasks.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
• Pack parts into containers and stack onto skids for shipment.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Familiarize yourself with the automotive production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to operate a jib boom hoist (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Physically capable of bending, lifting, standing, and reaching; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
