Factory Worker WorkPac Australia

WorkPac out in the Greater Newcastle Area needs a full-time factory hand to jump into the mix up in Taree, pronto. This onsite setup pays $36.70 an hour flat, with extra for penalties when things stretch late or weekends sneak in. Picture yourself cranking machines that chew through old plastics and scrap metal, turning it all into stuff folks can actually reuse. If you’ve never set foot in a plant before, that’s fine—the crew runs hands-on sessions to show you the ropes, from buttons to belts. Got a team mindset and don’t mind getting your hands a bit grubby? This could be your ticket to steady work that actually chips away at the rubbish piling up everywhere. Shifts kick off early mornings, wrapping by afternoon most days, and you’ll feel that buzz knowing you’re part of something bigger, like keeping beaches cleaner down the line. Flash your driver’s license and that White Card, and you’re halfway to clocking in.

About WorkPac

WorkPac kicked off back in 1997 as Australia’s biggest homegrown outfit for hooking up jobs in tough spots like mines and builds, now stretching across the country with a million-plus folks on the books. From Brisbane’s HQ, it feeds talent into everything from heavy gear ops to health gigs, always chasing that safe, smart fit. The whole “Good Move” tagline? It’s no fluff—it’s about landing roles that stick and grow, without the drama. They’ve rolled out their third Reconciliation Action Plan to pull in more Indigenous talent, making sites feel like real community hubs.
