Responsibilities

  • Fix and maintain gear like plant machinery, air systems, and pipelines.
  • Whip up new parts by designing, building, and fitting them on site.
  • Do regular checks during quiet times to stop breakdowns before they start.
  • Jump on repairs when something goes pear-shaped during production.
  • Show the younger crew the ropes, like mentoring apprentices.
  • Lend a hand with process tweaks when the boss calls.
  • Stick to all the safety rules, environmental stuff, and quality checks.
  • Keep an eye on conveyors, heat exchangers, and packing lines.
  • Test out new installs to make sure they’re solid.
  • Work shifts around 40 hours a week in a lively setup.

Requirements

Education
