Responsibilities

• Run an excavator to dig trenches or move earth like a champ.
• Clean and grease the machine, keeping the cab spotless.
• Top up fuel, oil, and fluids to keep things running smoothly.
• Fill out daily equipment checklists without missing a beat.
• Log maintenance and service records with all the details.
• Keep material production on spec for top-quality output.
• Feed materials are steady to avoid any hiccups.
• Stick to safety rules and wear Amrize-approved PPE.
• Work with the crew to keep the pit in tip-top shape.
• Spot better ways to do things and share ideas.
• Handle heavy lifting or bending when the job calls for it.

• Pitch in on other site tasks when needed.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma.

Experience

1 to 2 years running heavy machinery like excavators.

Skills

• Solid skills in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
• Sharp at spotting safety or quality issues.
• Clear talker for coordinating with the team.
• Physically fit for lifting, bending, and twisting.
• Works well solo or with the crew.
