Key Responsibilities

You will play a hands-on role in the heart of the production process, ensuring every panel meets stringent quality standards. Your key duties will include:

• Performing precise and methodical assembly and wiring of electrical control panels and distribution boards.
• Installing various electrical components and neatly running, terminating, and securing cables according to technical specifications.
• Maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe production floor by actively implementing 5S principles.
• Taking responsibility for the care and proper maintenance of your daily tools and equipment.
• Supporting the team by taking on additional tasks as directed by your supervisor to help meet production goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• The ability to accurately read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams.
• A disciplined approach to work, allowing you to operate independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Flexibility and a cooperative attitude towards scheduled overtime as required by project timelines.

Relevant technical certification or hands-on experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or panel building is highly advantageous. A proactive attitude and meticulous attention to detail are essential traits for this role.
