Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and air-dry all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools, ensuring they meet our high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas throughout your shift.
• Properly sort and put away all clean items in their designated storage spaces for easy access by the culinary team.
• Support kitchen staff by assisting with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients, during slower periods.
• Manage kitchen waste and recycling efficiently, following our established procedures to keep the workspace clear.
