About the Role

In this role, you will be the welcoming face that sets the tone for our members’ and guests’ visits. Reporting directly to the Assistant Golf Professional, you will play a vital support role in our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the cart barn to the driving range. We value team players who are eager to learn and contribute to our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on outstanding customer service and meticulous facility care. Your daily duties will include:

• Warmly greeting all members and guests, providing friendly and professional assistance from their arrival.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and order of all outside areas, including the cart staging zone, driving range, and pathways, ensuring a pristine environment.
• Managing the complete golf cart operation, including cleaning, inspecting for damage, fueling, and organizing the fleet to ensure uniform usage and availability.
• Assisting with the setup for tournaments and events, including preparing carts and range facilities.
• Following all opening and closing procedures for cart and range operations meticulously.
• Helping to maintain the flow of player traffic on busy days to ensure an enjoyable pace of play.
• Promptly reporting any major issues, complaints, or maintenance needs to the Assistant Golf Professional or manager on duty.
• Performing any other tasks as required to support the golf shop and overall operation.

Qualifications

The right candidate for our team will possess:

• A valid driver’s licence.

• Strong reliability and a commitment to showing up on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and being on your feet for extended periods outdoors.
