We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain the quality and appearance of Airbnb homes across inner Melbourne. This role focuses on preparing properties between guest stays and ensuring each space is clean, organised, and ready for new arrivals. Our work spans established neighbourhoods in inner Melbourne, including Carlton, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Abbotsford, Richmond, and South Yarra. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and reset Airbnb properties to a high standard before each guest check-in.
• Carry out routine tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and organising common areas.
• Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and frequently used areas.
• Make beds and prepare rooms to ensure they are guest-ready.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may affect upcoming stays.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and timelines, especially during peak days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Airbnb, hotel, or short-stay accommodation cleaning is required.
• Must have a reliable car and a current Australian driver licence.
• Availability between 10am and 3pm, with the ability to work any day of the week.
• Willingness to work weekends, particularly Sundays.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with a team.
• Reliable, honest, and punctual with good communication skills.
• Able to manage time effectively and meet property turnover deadlines.
• ABN required; GST registration preferred.
