We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join our production team. This full-time position offers a hands-on opportunity to work with a variety of steel fabrications from small components to large industrial assemblies. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating welding equipment and heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate MIG welding machines to join metal parts according to blueprints and specifications
- Use handheld cutting torches and measuring tools to cut and fit materials accurately
- Operate overhead and jib cranes safely to move materials and components
- Drive and maneuver fork trucks for material handling and staging
- Perform continuous standing, crouching, and reaching during fabrication work
- Weld and assemble components into both small and large fabrications
- Follow all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar fabrication role
- Proficiency with MIG welding, cutting torches, and measuring tools
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of basic safety standards in an industrial environment
Preferred
- Experience operating overhead cranes and fork trucks
- Familiarity with heavy steel fabrication or industrial manufacturing settings
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
