  • Oversight inventory replenishment to minimize shortages, ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures are followed, and help identify and reduce sources of inventory shrink.
  •  Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), sanitation (MSS), and regulatory requirements. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment, initiating work orders as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong operational background. The minimum requirements are:

  • Broad knowledge of warehouse methods, inventory control, and regulatory standards (OSHA, HACCP). Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and people development skills. Ability to interpret operational data and drive performance improvements.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred. HACCP or PCQI certification is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment, including areas with temperatures as low as -5 degrees (freezer-cooler). The role involves frequent walking, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating equipment like pallet jacks.

Benefits and Perks

US Foods invests in its leaders with a competitive and rewarding package:

  •  Earn an annual base salary between $47,000 and $69,000, with eligibility for a 10% annual bonus based on performance.
