Key Responsibilities
Your primary role is to assist the driver in all aspects of the route, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
- Work in close partnership with the driver to provide a safe, cost-efficient, and professional service at every customer location.
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 100 pounds, and managing 2-inch and 3-inch hoses for pumping operations.
- Maintain excellent customer relations during service visits.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety rules, procedures, and training initiatives.
- Be prepared to drive a truck as needed (compliance with DOT rules required if holding a CDL).
- Work a flexible schedule with start times typically between midnight and 2:00 AM.
Qualifications

- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A valid U.S. Driver’s License with a good driving record is mandatory.
- Superb communication skills and basic computer proficiency are needed.
- You must be a true team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds, handle heavy hoses, and sit for approximately 50% of the shift.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle grease-coated equipment.
