Key Responsibilities
As a critical member of our team, you will handle complex recovery operations with safety and precision. Your core duties will include:
- Safely operating heavy-duty tow trucks, skid steers, and excavators for recovery and transport.
- Recovering and transporting vehicles, trailers, and other structures with meticulous care during loading, securing, and transit.
- Providing excellent, clear communication and customer service from dispatch to job completion.
- Working collaboratively with the team to execute recovery plans efficiently.
- Performing basic vehicle maintenance checks and keeping equipment clean and presentable.
- Completing all required daily paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
We are looking for a skilled professional who fits our culture of service and expertise. The successful candidate must have:
- A minimum Class A Commercial Driver’s License and be at least 21 years old.
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable towing experience and 2 years of skid steer/heavy equipment operation.
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
- A customer-focused mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage conflict constructively.
- The flexibility to handle a dynamic, interrupt-driven workday while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
