Micron Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Material Technician – Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will manage the movement, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards. This position blends administrative and physical responsibilities, including receiving shipments, preparing deliveries, maintaining inventory, and supporting production operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that materials flow smoothly through our manufacturing process, supporting Micron’s mission to transform information into intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory and non-inventory shipments for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare, package, and deliver materials to internal and external customers on schedule.
- Manage inventory activities, including cycle counts, goods put-away, and 6S organization.
- Operate material handling systems such as SAP/MWM, Shipdoc, and Shipout for accurate tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve material handling issues.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment during assigned shifts.
- Follow standard procedures to ensure materials are stored, moved, and released efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is a plus.
- Prior experience in material handling, warehouse, or production support roles preferred.
- Forklift license required; ability to operate other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely according to company standards.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range PHP 28,000 – 38,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
