Key Responsibilities
You will be the frontline expert ensuring our production equipment operates reliably and efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair a wide range of production machinery to ensure optimal operation and minimize disruptions.
- Work closely with production supervisors, team leads, and operators to support daily production targets, completing start-up procedures safely after maintenance tasks.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance work performed.
- Work effectively as part of the maintenance and production teams, communicating clearly to ensure all operational and safety goals are met.
Qualifications
We are looking for a mechanically-inclined professional who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced production environment.
- A Mechanical diploma or certificate is preferred; however, equivalent hands-on experience will be strongly considered.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical components using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machine shop equipment.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to follow detailed procedures.
- The ability to work effectively in a noisy, refrigerated, and fast-paced plant environment.
