Your Role and Key Responsibilities
As a mobile technician with BumperTech, you will be the expert our customers rely on. Using a company-supplied van, you will manage your own schedule and deliver professional repairs. Your core duties will be to:
- Perform high-quality spray painting and minor panel repairs on vehicle bumpers at customer locations—whether at homes, offices, or car parks.
- Manage your daily job schedule efficiently, ensuring appointments are met and customers are kept informed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repair processes clearly and building trust with every client.
- Maintain your mobile workshop van, ensuring all tools, equipment, and materials are stocked, organised, and in good working order.
- Work autonomously to a high standard, upholding the BumperTech brand reputation for quality and reliability on every job.
What You Bring to the Role
We are looking for a professional who combines technical skill with business savvy. The ideal candidate will have:
- A formal qualification as a Spray Painter or Panel Beater.
- A current, valid driver’s licence.
- Proven experience and the capability to work unsupervised with a high degree of reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management skills to optimise your route and daily workflow.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills—you’re someone who can build rapport and represent the brand professionally.
