Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and help them locate products based on their needs.
- Share product features, care instructions, and protection plan information to support confident purchasing decisions.
- Meet assigned sales and productivity goals by engaging customers and offering relevant add-on items.
- Support store programs including credit, rewards, gift cards, and digital shopping tools.
- Assist with daily store operations such as inventory counts, merchandise transfers, returns, and defective item processing.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales areas through regular recovery routines.
- Complete pricing, tagging, and signage tasks to ensure accurate and updated information in specialty departments.
- Follow company standards for safety, shrink control, and customer service performance.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable approaching and assisting shoppers in a friendly, professional manner.

Salary Range
- $13.75 – $17.19 per hour
