Key Responsibilities
- Stand at road sites to guide cars and pedestrians safely.
- Provide clear directions and assist in managing site traffic.
- Ensure safety for workers, drivers, and the public.
- Follow instructions from team leaders and site supervisors.
- Uphold company safety standards and communication protocols.
Even if you can’t write Japanese fluently, it’s okay if you can speak simple Japanese or understand basic instructions, you’ll do great.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required full training provided.
- No license needed transportation to job sites is arranged.
- Able to communicate in basic Japanese for safety reasons.
- Open to all genders, nationalities, and backgrounds.
- Ideal for students, part-timers, homemakers, or foreign residents.
- Must be 18 years or older (due to security law regulations).
- Flexible work options weekdays, weekends, or short schedules available.
Salary, Benefits, and Perks
Daily Pay
¥11,500 – ¥14,000 (guaranteed even if work finishes early)
Work Hours
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Work Locations
Across Nagoya City and surrounding areas (Inazawa, Kiyosu, Komaki, Kasugai, etc.)
Holidays
Flexible schedule (choose weekends, weekdays, or part-time options)
