Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily body shop production schedules.
- Coordinate repair work and assign tasks to technicians efficiently.
- Monitor progress on each vehicle to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain strong communication between estimators, parts department, and technicians.
- Ensure all repairs meet company and manufacturer quality standards.
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Support technicians with workflow and production issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive body shop management or production supervision.
- Strong understanding of repair processes, workflow systems, and quality standards.
