Key Responsibilities

You will be a pivotal support to store management, balancing customer engagement with operational efficiency.

• Act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, consistently role-modeling expert selling behaviors to educate customers and promote loyalty programs.
• Collaborate effectively with the store leadership and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, especially during non-peak hours. Help train and guide employees on product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Support the execution of key processes, including opening/closing routines, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment that meets all compliance standards.
•  Utilize technology seamlessly to enhance the customer journey, whether assisting with online orders in-store or ensuring a frictionless checkout experience.
