Key Responsibilities

- Operate high-pressure water cleaning systems to expertly wash and restore building exteriors, concrete, roofs, driveways, and other structures.
- Select and apply the correct cleaning solutions, detergents, and degreasers to effectively remove dirt, mould, grease, and stubborn stains.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-operation equipment checks, maintaining hoses, tanks, and pumps to ensure they are safe and operational.
- Set up job sites safely, which includes positioning ladders, scaffolding, barriers, and safety signage to protect yourself and the public.
- Inspect your own completed work to ensure every surface meets our stringent quality standards and is left undamaged.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety, environmental, and waste-disposal policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate any equipment issues or client concerns promptly to your supervisor.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a seasoned professional who brings both skill and a strong safety mindset. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial/industrial cleaning or a relevant trade qualification.
- Proven proficiency in the safe and effective operation of high-pressure water cleaning systems.
- Solid knowledge of different cleaning agents, surface preparation techniques, and essential safety procedures.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors confidently in Auckland’s varying weather conditions.
- A reliable, punctual nature with the ability to work productively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
