Protech is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators, Haul Truck Drivers, and Labourers to join a major ongoing civil earthworks project located just 20 minutes outside of Orange, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in civil construction or mining who want to be part of a large-scale, long-term project. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a range of heavy machinery including Excavators (36T–260T), Graders (14M), Dozers, Dump Trucks, Rollers, and Water Carts.
- Support large-scale civil earthworks operations in compliance with project requirements.
- Perform general labouring duties as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow strict mining site safety regulations, procedures, and reporting protocols.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with daily operational needs.
Qualifications And Experience
Essential
- Valid manual driver’s licence.
- Proven experience in civil construction or mining.
- Current RII or VOC plant operation tickets for relevant machinery.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and teamwork.
Preferred
- Multi-ticketed operators highly regarded.
- Experience in both civil and mining environments.
