Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be entrusted with the daily care and engagement of our residents. Your core duties will include:

  • Planning and supervising personalised care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.

  • Preparing and submitting monthly interview records and reports for residents.
  • Ensuring all equipment and facilities within the Home are well-maintained and in safe working condition.
  • Overseeing the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the premises to ensure a comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual with the following:

  • A Diploma in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • A genuine interest in working with residents and contributing to their quality of life.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • No prior experience is required full training will be provided.
