Key Responsibilities

You will be the frontline therapist, delivering personalized ABA interventions that help children learn and develop new skills.

  • Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Use positive, evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
  • Accurately collect and record data on client progress during each session to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA, attending regular meetings and training sessions to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for helping children, whether you are already certified or eager to start.

  • An RBT certification is preferred, but we welcome candidates willing to complete our paid training and certification program.
  • A heart for service and a strong desire to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Reliable personal transportation to travel to client sessions.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
  • The ability to engage actively with children, which may include sitting on the floor, light lifting, and other physical activities.
