Olympus Masonry is looking to hire a painter in Vancouver. It’s a full-time gig on active construction sites, both indoors and out. Some days it’s sanding and scraping walls, other days you’re patching holes or mixing paint to get the right texture. There’s a bit of everything spray work, brushing, wallpaper sometimes too. If you’ve done painting jobs before, especially on-site construction ones, that’s what this is. Expect to be climbing, crouching, lifting not a sit-around job. You’ll need at least a year’s experience and a high school certificate. You’ll also be using scaffolding or working at heights now and then, so being comfortable in that setup is a must. It helps if you’ve worked with drywall, pressure washers, or blasting tools. This job isn’t complicated, but it does require a steady hand, good eye for detail, and someone who doesn’t mind getting messy.
About Olympus Masonry
Olympus Masonry is a local construction crew out of Vancouver. They’re not a big flashy firm more like a team that handles different types of jobs from start to finish. Residential and commercial, indoors and out. They do brickwork, stone, and a lot of finishing jobs, which is where this painter role fits in. They move around to different sites, so work locations change, but the crew sticks together. People here show up, work hard, and look out for each other. If you’ve got trade skills and want a solid team without office politics, Olympus is a decent place to land. Website’s not huge, but you can look them up for project photos and more info.
