Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Operator, you will be a crucial part of our production line, with duties focused on:

• Efficiently completing assigned production tasks using specialized semiconductor equipment to meet daily output targets.
• Maintaining stringent quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product excellence.
• Upholding and promoting a culture of safety by adhering to all environmental, health, and safety protocols.
• Supporting the production supervisor or team leader in daily operations and workflow coordination.
• Performing basic equipment monitoring and reporting any irregularities or maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a reliable and process-oriented individual. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent technical education.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing, electronics assembly, or a related high-precision production environment. New graduates with a strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
• A strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.
• The ability to follow complex procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good manual dexterity and comfort working in a cleanroom or controlled production setting (training will be provided).
