Key Responsibilities
- Execute the loading and unloading of containers, including palletizing goods and managing the accurate put-away and picking of inventory.
- Operate and perform daily cleaning, basic maintenance, and safety checks on warehouse equipment, such as forklifts.
- Assist in picking, packaging, and conducting cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Uphold the highest standards of warehouse safety and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Efficiently complete all tasks and projects as assigned by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly regarded.
- A valid forklift license and proven experience in its safe operation.
- A strong focus on safety and a meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- The physical ability to handle goods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, proactive work ethic and the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- You must be legally entitled to work in Taiwan and be prepared to undergo pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and a medical assessment.
