We are seeking a dedicated General Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of three local branches in the Villa Ridge and Washington areas. Your shift would run from 5:00 PM, lasting about 4.5 to 5 hours, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the key to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your core duties will involve:

• Conducting detailed cleaning and sanitization of all areas, carefully wiping down countertops, furniture, fixtures, glass, and windows.
• Ensuring floors are thoroughly cleaned by sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming.
• Managing waste by removing trash from all bins and ensuring proper disposal.
• Keeping restrooms fully stocked and sanitary by replenishing towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Acting as our on-the-ground observer, proactively reporting any maintenance needs like leaks, drips, or repairs to keep our facilities in top condition.
• Representing 4M with a friendly and professional demeanor, making a positive impression on everyone you encounter.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are as committed to reliability as we are to quality. The right person for this role will have:

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for traveling between nearby branches.
• You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• A willingness to learn and follow all company safety procedures, including wearing provided uniforms and protective equipment.
• Some prior cleaning experience is a plus, but we are primarily looking for a great attitude. We provide all the necessary training on our methods and eco-friendly products.
