Key Responsibilities
In this essential night shift role, you will be at the heart of the manufacturing process. Your duties will include:

- Operating machinery to process materials and bagging the finished product (approx. 20kg bags).
- Performing general warehouse duties to support the night’s production run.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a night owl with a great attitude and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:
- Reliability and a solid commitment to showing up for the night shift team.
- Physical capability to lift and handle 20kg bags and perform repetitive tasks.
- A basic understanding of weighing, measuring, and mixing processes.
- Some manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but not essential a willingness to learn is key.
- Availability for an immediate start.
- Comfort working in a dusty, industrial environment (“don’t mind getting a bit grubby”).
- The legal right to work in New Zealand and a clean criminal history.
