Key Responsibilities

You will be a vital part of our production line, performing a variety of tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Preparing for work by following strict hygiene and PPE protocols.
• Performing detailed hand-finishing tasks such as arranging gummies using templates and operating dosing equipment.
• Managing the packaging process, including operating labeling systems, counting product, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
• Maintaining impeccable organization and cleanliness in all work areas.
• Carefully monitoring and documenting batch information to ensure strict compliance with all state regulations.
• Assisting in other areas such as inventory management, dishwashing, and general cleanup as directed.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and an ability to focus on fine details. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or GED (preferred).
• A basic understanding of and willingness to strictly adhere to Missouri’s medical cannabis regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to stay on task in a methodical process.
• The physical ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse work, or a hands-on labor role is a plus, but not required—we provide on-the-job training.
